The Centre is a one-stop shop, to host companies and organisations from the wider technology and innovation spectrum and to enhance their commercialization process by:

• Offering office and exhibition space to innovative and Hi-Tech businesses
• Bringing together and creating synergies between all industry players in the Eastern Mediterranean
• Bringing together innovative businesses with financiers and investors
• Creating high exposure to customers and business partners
• Empowering the commercialization of scientific and technological ideas into products and businesses
• Enriching the regional innovation and technology ecosystem
• Improving direct engagement between industry stakeholders from both the private and public sectors
• Offering mentorship, consulting and support to new start-ups
• Providing access to academia and scientific knowledge. as well as to necessary infrastructures 
• Providing access to computational tools and facilities that are normally not readily available such as supercomputers
• Making available for use in the specially designed support centre the latest technology equipment including 3D printers, shapers etc.

The Centre is located in an area of 4,500 square metres on the second floor of the IMC Expo Centre building.

The Centre shall provide all services and support expected by tenants and visitors from an Innovation Business Centre of exceptional quality, within a landmark luxurious building. More specifically, the Centre shall include:

• Permanent Exhibition Area with choices for tenants, including Large Showrooms, Pavilions and a Groupage Area
• Short-Duration Thematic Exhibitions
• Comprehensive Business Centre
• E-platform
• Meeting Rooms, Seminar Rooms, Conference Rooms, Networking areas
• Innovation Leaders Club
• Catering and Entertainment Facilities

In addition, tenants and visitors shall have the opportunity to use the large multi-purpose room which can accommodate forums, conferences and other events for up to 300 participants, located on another floor of the IMC Expo Park; they shall also be able to use the Park’s  main cafeteria  and catering facilities, which shall complement similar smaller scale facilities in the Club.

The area of the Centre can be easily extended in the future to cover other parts of the Park in which the Centre is accommodated, which has a total space of 18,000 square metres.
